Arrival Story:
After visits to several area animal shelters, we found Lily at the Washington Humane Society. It was pouring rain the day we took her home and she was chewing anxiously at the red fuzzy squeeky toy the WHS left with her as a parting gift. I was worried she would not be the dog for me but boy was I wrong. Lily is an awesome dog.

Bio:
Lily is the best dog in the world. She used to like to sleep with her head under the bed but now we let her sleep in the bed. She likes to play under the covers. The only time she growls is when she's sleeping on the bed and we move our feet around too much...and if you give her a flurrburt on her belly. Lily is also blind in one eye but that doesn't stop her from chasing after balls and even catching them mid-air. She can be kind of a clutz, though, due to her injury.
