Arrival Story:
Coco was adopted from a rescue group who said her previous family moved and didn't take her along. A neighbor felt bad and let her stay in his garage at night until the weather got cold and finally called the rescue group. I found her 1 month later when I was interested in another dog. It turned out that the other one wouldn't have gotten along with my cat so they recommended Coco instead. I was very interested in the "Lab Mix" which I later found out is code for Pit bull mix in shelter land and I'm kind of glad that they didn't say Pit at first. I too believed the hype and probably wouldn't have gone to see her. Well anyway, she's the love of my life and I wouldn't hesitate to take on a Pit or pit mix in the future. I also make it my mission to let everyone who meets her know that she is 1/2 pit bull and the sweetest dog on the planet.

Bio:
My 9 pound declawed cat rules the house. Coco will wait while bugaboo(kitty) drinks out of her bowl!
