Arrival Story:
A friend of my mother-in-law in Lake Havasu, AZ had a dog that had puppies. She said that my wife and I could take one back to Tucson with us.

Bio:
One of her parents was long-haired and one was short-haired, giving her the "slightly-furrier-that-usual" look. When wet, she looks skinny like the Taco Bell dog. Lola is a very good natured and loving dog, not at all like the stereotypical mean Chihuahua. She is however, very territorial and therefore is a very good watchdog! Lola always hated the rain and cold weather in AZ - she wouldn't even walk on wet ground! We moved to IL where Lola loves to play in the snow during the winter months and for some reason doesn't mind water! Maybe she just got used to it.
