Well, I've been here 2 weeks and I'm just loving it! I get to sleep in a king-sized bed and have the best 3 year old girl to play with! She gives me great exercise and I give her great kisses!
I had to get a big shot with a big needle, but it's the HomeAgain chip so if I ever get lost, I'll be brought right back home! My vet is a little weird though. She thinks I'm not deaf, but clearly...well, I can't hear a thing...maybe a dog whistle, but I don't know for sure.
I'm 9 lbs now. Getting bigger by the week. I may not know exactly how old I am, but at least I know I'll be getting older and older and hopefully live a long life!

Well, it was my first Halloween guys! I wore a cute red bandana around my neck and I didn't even try to get it off! I had to walk on the leash a lot. I'm still getting used to that. But I'm getting much better. I met my new cousin, Luke. He's not really my cousin. He's my guardian's sister's boyfriend's family dog. Confused yet?
He's a standard poodle and I'd have to say he's probably 10 times my size! But he sure did like me. It's a good thing I'm deaf because he barks really loud when people come to the door. I sure was tuckered out by the end of the night though. It's good to be back home even though I had a great time. I could get used to having another furry friend to play with! My big sister is great, but she just doesn't have the same upmf as Luke. We're both boys...I mean, manly men! But he doesn't have any toys to play with so I might have to bring a few of my own next time.
All in all, I think it was a great first holiday with my new family!
Woof and stuff -

Well, I sure am glad to be settling in somewhere. I've only been around for 4 months, but life sure has been hard so far. For a while there, I didn't think I was going to make it. First I got parvo, then I was abandoned and left in front of a tanning salon! Luckily, a very compassionate lady brought me to a clinic. That's where I met my foster mom. She took great care of me and kept me alive! I'm glad my new family asked her to let me live with them.
Life is pretty quiet now. Well, actually it's always been quiet. You see, I can't hear very well, if at all. But that doesn't stop me from making at least a little bit of noise. For instance, I can whine and grunt! Just enough to get me noticed.
I'm working on my potty training right now. It's going pretty well, but I still like to poop inside sometimes but I'll get better. My big sister sure is great! She's little, but compared to me, she's a giant! She tried feeding me spaghetti today. I sure liked it but dad didn't. But I like my puppy food too. I definitely won't be starving here! Things just keep looking up!
