Likes: I love cuddling! The best times are when Mommy has a day off of work and we snuggle under the covers. I also love cuddling in people's shirts - especially sweatshirts. I crawl up inside the sweatshirt and lay my head inside the sleeve...nice and warm!
Pet-Peeves: When I am really tired or don't feel well and Leo just wants to play! Or the cold. WHY IS IT ALWAYS COLD?
Favorite Toy: Unfortunately, my favorite toy is also Leo's favorite toy - a stuffed toy from the show "Hey Arnold." I am always chasing him for it!
Favorite Food: Mmmm...Merrick's Chicken Pot Pie dog food. I also get secret bits of cheese from Mom when Dad isn't looking.
Favorite Walk: Anywhere that's warm! What's this winter stuff?!
Best Tricks: Daddy likes to play T-Rex with me...meaning he chases me like a T-Rex and I have to play as his prey. I also tap-dance everywhere I walk....I can't sit still!
Arrival Story: Since my husband I both work, Leo started to have bad separation anxiety. All the toys he could have, and he just wanted us! I had always wanted a chihuahua so when I went to the pet place, I saw a 4 month old female that no one had picked yet. When I held her, she actually grinned at me! That's when I knew she was perfect for our family!
Bio: My best friend in the whole wide world is my brother Leo. We may not be blood siblings, but that's no matter! I can't stand being without him, and vice versa!
I am very tiny - only 4 pounds - but I am pretty spunky. I love to nap, especially taking "pregnant" naps with my Mom. She's not actually pregnant, but I sleep in a ball on her stomach so she says she feels like she is.
I only bark when I'm mad at Leo - "Get him away from me!" - or I miss him - "Okay, now bring him back!". We are joined at the hip! We growl and play fight but it is all in good fun. When he's asleep I sneak up and steal his toys so I can play with them without him getting mad.

We have been too busy for words, and it is going to get even busier! First, Mommy and I have been driving back and forth to see my new human cousin, Atticus. I think he's weird looking and smells funny, but I guess that's what human babies look like. I think he needs a tail and some big ears like mine. Mommy says he is adorable though, so I'll take his word for it. I do like when Mommy holds him, and then I lay across him, and we're one big cuddle puddle.
Also, Mommy got a new job. Leo and I are protesting this. We liked having Mommy all day long to ourselves. Now we get her five hours, nobody for five hours, and then Daddy for five hours till Mommy gets home. Hmph.
And finally, Mom and Dad keep talking about the M word...MOVING. I guess we will be living in a new place soon! Leo and I are very hesitant about this change in situation. And did they let us look at the new place yet? Nooooo....
Mom came home early from work yesterday with the flu. First, we were VERY excited to see her early - usually we see Dad first when he gets home at 5:45, then we wait at the door for Mom at 6:05. However, she went up into the bathroom and didn't come out for a while. Then we heard her get in the bathtub which always annoys Leo because he likes to stick his face in the water, but he couldn't get in.
Finally, she came out and she looked ROUGH. So, Leo and I decided to be NURSEMAIDS! Mom was in the bed and we cuddled around her. I gave her quite a few licks to make sure her circulation was going, and Leo jumped on her stomach to massage it. She kept saying, "nooooooooo" but I think she just didn't know what was good for her. We do, naturally, being of the canine nature and just having a bit more intelligence than she. Then we all cuddled in the bed to make sure that she stayed nice and warm. I think she was happy about that.
Today Mommy and Daddy found out that one of their closest friends has leukemia. This is very hard for them since Mom's dad, my Opa, just died of leukemia two months ago. I think it is my job (and Leo's) to be the shoulder to cry on once again.
