Arrival Story:
Naughty was brought into the Vet Clinic where I work by Animal Control. Someone had dumped her at the shelter during the night. She was in such bad shape that she was going to be euthanized but one of the kind officers brought her to the clinic to see if there was any chance. I said right away that I would take her, no matter what her health problems were. She weighed in at 11 pounds, had almost no hair on her body, was swollen and red and infected. A few months of antibiotics, daily medicated baths, food supplements... she regrew most of her hair and regained her health. She still has a lot of issues but we are in it for the long run. She started out as just a foster but has in fact, turned our entire family upside down!
