One morning I decided I was going to go and visit the local animal shelter with a friend. I had walked along the first row of larger breeds when we came across Chloe who began rubbing her face against the cyclone fence. She had just been placed in the kennel that day. I truly believe it was fate that brought me to this beautiful puppy.
