Thank you for the Power of the Paw, it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!! We just got back from the vet! They ran tests on my lumbs, did blood work, and checked out my sores on my hind end. I do NOT have Cancer, or Kidney problems! Which the Vet was most concerned about! YEA!!!!!!!!
I did lose weight. I am down to 88 pounds. Lost alomost 10 pounds. So the Vet told Mama to feed me Extra! I LOVED hearing that!
The sores on my hips are what the Vet call Hot Spots, from me chewing. Due to me being in so much pain in my hips. I cry out everytime I try to get up.
So I am on Tramedol pain meds, and Predisone. I am to return in 6 weeks for them to check my weight.
So Mama and I are so releived! Mama is going to try to find some type of bed for me that will be comfortable on my hips.
I have been hurting alot today, more than usual. The spot, the Vet thought was a Spider bite back in July is seeping again. And another area about 2 inches above that is seeping, like puss. Mama has no idea what is causing it.
I had gone to the Vet about a month ago for something else, and they checked me for Cancer, and found none. But I do have several small lumps on me.
Every time I move, I cry out in pain, and Mama is so worried about me. Please say your prayers that the Vet will figure out what is wrong with me, and will beable to help me. Mama does not want me to suffer like this, and she won't, if it comes down to that. Mama is so sad right now. Please keep us in your prayers.
I am not doing to well. I was really sore on my left hip all weekend. Mama thought it might be an abcess., but wasn't sure. I would cry out in pain. Mama took me to the vet today, and they had to muzzle me, which they never had to do before. Only because I was in so much pain and didn't want anyone touching that area.
The Vet shaved the area, and come to find out I was either bitten by a Brown Cloose Spider or a Black Widow Spider. Both are very prevelent here in GA. I was put on antibiotics and also a cream that is to be applied. If the skin turns black to take off the dead skin.
I am so misserable. I even have to wear a cone hat. Boo Hoo!
