Arrival Story:
Otis is a rescue from a puppy mill. The rescue believed that Otis did not meet the breed standard and rather than being given away was kept in a cage for two years. He was recently rescued. Being touched is completely foreign to Otis. He has no concept of walks, toys, playing, and cuddling. We are excited for the opportunity to have Otis as part of our family!
