Favorite Toy: Squeaky toy bone Favorite Food: Any raw bones Favorite Walk: The botanical gardens or beach Arrival Story: When I was a puppy (4 months) I was wondering around helplessly and lost in a car park at a local soccer club. I was very skinny, very dirty and smelly and clearly had no one to look after me. I saw who was going to be my new mum calling to me, as she was watching my dad play soccer. She had been keeping an eye on me and got particularly worried when I narrowly avoided a car. I ran over to her when she called, and as it was very cold I snuggled into her lap. She was very happy to see me, although I was dirty and smelly. Mum borrowed a lead from a friend and I was put in her car and taken home with my new parents. Mum and dad put up a sign at the soccer club, but nobody came to claim me. Which is good, because I love my mummy and daddy very much and we have lived happily together for over 2 years now. Bio: We are unsure how long Doug was on the run for, but once the vet checked him over, we were glad we had found him. The previous owners had docked his tail and he had suffered quite a bit of trauma in his young life. We got him a 'brother' after a year of having him and they can't be separated now.
