Arrival Story:
A year and a half ago I had to put down my precious dog Sidney. She was part Irish Wolfhound and part Rottweiler. A year and a half previous to that I had to put down her mother. They both lived to almost 14 years old which is a very long life for big dogs. I was so heartbroken after I put Sidney down.....I just cried and cried. The house was so lonely without her I could hardly stand it. So I went to the Humane Society two days after putting down Sidney and adopted a wonderful Staffordshire Terrier. She was so sweet and loving and adorable. I named her Sugar. She is teaching me so much about how wonderful "pitbull" dogs can be. Sugar is so full of love and I can hardly imagine life without her.
