It was really pawsome!! I was soo excited. The other night my mom and dad spoke over that box on my mom's desk to my best friend TaZ's mum and dad in England. I am really happy that they are getting to know one another. Dogster is neat how it can put together people from all over the world, with one common interest: The Love Of Their Dog(s). To me, that is just wonderful!! My mom and dad really enjoyed talking to TaZ's mum and dad.
Now for that little brat-cat, Raja, and how we are faring: Raja is a bengal, and "bengals are crazy". No, I really mean it. I try to go to sleep, under a blanket or covers (which is the way I sleep, don't laugh). Raja comes up and tries to bat my head with his paw. I let him do it a couple of times, and that's it -- No More!! I have to tell him to stop. My mom and dad are usually sitting there, laughing. Can you believe that? I guess Raja is kind of cute, though. Last night, after we went through the ritual of batting my head and me growling, Raja actually laid down beside me and tried to give me a bath. YUK!! His tongue is like sandpaper. But I guess it's the gesture that counts. I guess he's okay. He is at least giving me someone to play with while we are still living in this apartment. Can't wait to get our house finished so I can have a backyard all to myself, unless, of course, my mom and dad decide to get a Shar-Pei. :)
Today is rainy and cold in Towson, Maryland. Only get to go out for a quick walk and back inside. I haven't barked much about my new brother, but I have a new little, "kitty" brother named Raja. He is really funny, sometimes!! He likes to follow me around. (I think he believes he's a dog). When my parents aren't looking, I try to get along with him, but I can't let that facade down when my parents are looking my way. Couldn't let them think this "fierce", "7 foot (in my mind), min pin could be friends with a "C-A-T". That's not even normal, right? Okay. I admit it. He is a lot of fun, especially on days like today when we all have to play inside. He trys to sleep by me almost every night, but I think his kitty instinct gets the best of him. He just has to put that paw out and try to tap me on my head. This really makes me mad!! I have to growl at him and let him know who's boss. Luckily, he backs away. Well, I just had to speak my mind on this new addition to our family. I know, in the longrun, we will probably be good buds.
