Arrival Story:
Rosebud is a super sweet girl. She was abandoned in town and wandered from house to house until the people in the neighborhood figured out that she didn't belong to anyone. They called us because Rosebud's mission in life is to chase cars and they were afraid she would get hit. Rosebud came here and immediately fit right in. She loves to play with the big dogs and gets along well with the small dogs and cats. She is very strong and does pull on her leash, but a simple head halter put a stop to that. Now she walks with her head halter like a perfect lady. Rosebud loves to be with people and will lay her head in your lap when you pet her. She also loves to travel in the car. She would be ideal for an adopter that likes their dog to ride places with them. She also seems to be very good at tracking our goats, so a future in tracking is also possible for this big girl. Whatever purpose she serves (companion, passenger, or tracker) you can bet Rosebud always has a big goofy smile on her face.
