Arrival Story:
My oldest daughter wanted a dog of her own, so she went to the ASPA and a local shelter, there she found the cutest, fatest Jack Russel ever. Animal Control found her walking down a road. My daughter just fell in love at sight, oh no, not a Jack! They are crazy and run like the wind.
She was taken out of the cage and went to my daughter, sat down and started kissing her. That was it.
We had to wait a week, to see if anyone claimed her. So, home she came.
Maybe four times when we first got her she took off down the street and would keep on trucking. I would jump in the car and go get her. I think she decided it just was'nt worth the effort anymore. From the very beginning her favorite thing was sitting in the sunshine and rolling in dirt. She loves her dirt. She is sweet to everyone, but other dogs-look out. She will attack other dogs, Jump On Thier Necks, even 100 pd. PitBulls. Thank God our next door neighbor has the best PitBull ever.
