DAYS of ABE

Yes, I am guilty, BUT....

OK, I admit it. I took the bag of bread that was on the counter and took it into the back yard and ate it. BUT.... in my defense, it was right there at my nose level. MAYBE the counters should be higher. MAYBE mom should have put it in the fridge or the cabinet. MAYBE they shouldnt keep tempting me and expecting me to just have self control. Maybe the blame shouldnt fall on me but them. I am just Abe. What do they expect!

Groomer

I didnt get to tell you all about the Groomer Jodi. Now we all love Jodi ecxept Gracie but well Gracie grumble pants doesnt like anyone. I however LOVE Jodi. I go there and she brushes and brushes me. Since I am so big it takes awhile. Sometimes I think it is time to move to belly time but she will tell me to get up its not time for the belly to be brushed yet. I dont know if Jodi knows but its always a good time to get the belly brushed. I love being brushed. Apparently I was blowing my winter coat and it was all over the house. So mom and dad called Jodi. Mom and dad wanted to just shave me but Jodi showed them how pretty my coat really was and that it just needed brushed out. So thats what Jodi did was brush and brush me. It was wonderful. Jodi is a good brusher. I could have done that for hours.

Nice weather

Well its been awhile since I have wrote anything down. Its getting nice out and we have been spending lots of time in the yard. Grace and Bernard have told me dad likes to make the grass pretty and green. Its ok now but I am excited to see what he does with it. Grace is doing better. She doesnt walk funny anymore but she still runs into stuff sometimes.(thats kinda funny). Bella is my little buddy. We get into all kinds of trouble together. Mom calls us Pinky and the Brain. I dont know who that is but iot makes mom laugh but she keeps calling me Pinky, I have a feeling he must be the funny one! I have mastered my jumping and sittin on the back of the couch trick. I can do it in one quick jump now. Sometimes I even suprise mom and dad when they are watching a movie. I just sneak up to the back of the couch, jump and SUPRISE!!! I am in their laps. Dad laughs so hard. Mom doesnt think it is so funny because it is her lap I land in most of the time. Oh well.
Bernard is doing well. We have been getting our moon pies regularly and ice cream, yummmmy. Poor Bella gets jipped though, she only gets a little lick or very small piece of pie like a crumb. Mom says she is getn pudgy and she is too small to be 24 pounds. I think she is beautiful and should get her own ice cream or moon pie. Sometimes we let big pieces fall to the ground so she can get some. We dont mind sharing with her and mom is none the wiser, so dont tell her, hear me Dogster pals!!! Mom doesnt need to know everything. Well, I will let you all know if something good happens. Oh we did just get some new Dogster pals. They are Saints just like us and a Golden Ret. They just live a few miles away. Thats fun. I like new pals.
