Arrival Story:
Mom had been searching for a playmate for Finnegan. Seeing that he is 10 years younger than Georgie, she thought getting a pup that matched his energy levels would be a good idea. So...another schnauzer, of course! She saw an ad to rehome Winston, got in contact with the owner and they came to visit for several hours. Then we made arrangements for a weekend together to see how it would work out. Winston immediately became his new dad's best friend, and he never left after he came to "try out" as a family member.

Bio:
Winston was owned by a very nice young woman in NYC. He has had quite the big city upbringing - prancing down the streets of Manhattan and Central Park. He is also quite the little traveler by airplane. His original owner moved back to San Francisco to work and wasn't going to be able to care for him due to long work hours. He came to visit for a few days and instantly became a wonderful addition to our family. He loves his big backyard, especially running with his new pack. He & Finnegan love to go on walks together. Winston has a very charming & funny personality, good manners, runs like the wind, and is very smart. Winston loves playing ball nonstop! He makes us laugh a lot and we feel very lucky to have found him.

Mom just received a new sherpa carrier for me!!! I immediately jumped in and stayed for over an hour. I can jump in the top, or go in through the end. Mom says she can tell I've traveled before. Maybe now I'll get to meet that woman everyone calls Granny who they say lives on the east coast!!! We'll see....

Doing OK Today

I had a minor set back yesterday. I woke up sick again when I woke up in morning. Mom & dad discovered I was sick during the night too. So mom held my food and stopped my antibiotics. I sure was hungry but mom kept telling me Dr. Morgan said I would be better without it! We think it was probably the antibiotics. And they were right! Today I had some chicken and rice for breakfast & cottage cheese & rice for dinner. For dinner tomorrow, I'm going to get some kibble. YAY!!! So today was a good day. Arrrooooo!
