Arrival Story:
WE rescued Sydney from the local shelter. He had been found in the woods, beaten and mal-nourished. The best guess is that he was alone for at least a month. He was suffering from d. mange and was VERY TIMID. He would cower in his cage when anyone approached.

Bio:
Syd was treated for a full year for his mange and it took even longer for him to fully trust people. He thought he ruled the house. He was a sweet little dog that just wants to spend every minute by my side. Recently we discoverd Syd suffers from severe hip dysplasia...and he has a "nervouse tummy"...but he's getting by. Once we got that all taken care of, he very quickly developed lymphoma...the glands/nodes in his neck finally got so large Syd was having trouble breathing. He passed over the rainbow bridge on September 11, 2006, and I willmiss im forever.
