Arrival Story:
I had always grown up with at least 4 dogs at a time in our house, so I knew I would always have a dog when I was in my own home one day. A little less than a week after my husband and I moved into our home, I found Emmy's breeder and made a phone call right away. I took a friends daughter with me when I went to see the pups, and the breeder had already picked Emmy out for me. Her name at that time was Lana, but it just didn't fit her. She was almost 11 weeks old and wasn't showing her true personality just yet. Since my husband wasn't a dog lover at that time the breeder said she would be perfect for our home as she would be calmer than the other pups. Emmy is a Uni, she is deaf in her right ear. At almost 11 weeks alod she was already 22 pounds, I walked her through the door and my husband said "that is no puppy!" I guess he was used to small dogs. A few days after she was home her personality really came out. She is a lot like her Dal dad, who is absolutely an awesome dog.

Here are the rules of this game of tag incase you have never gotten the chance to play. When you're tagged you post 7 random facts about yourself and the rules in your diary. Then pick 7 fur friends and let them know they have been tagged. post their names in your diary. You can either tag by giving rosettes or by sending pawmail!!
Here are 7 facts about myself.
1. I am a momma and daddy's girl. I guess my little human brother is okay, but I'd much rather be around mom and dad.
2. I'm a barker, I'll even bark at a leaf if it blows across the front lawn.
3. I love to run laps in the backyard, sometimes I get going so fast mom and dad aren't sure I'll be able to stop.
4. My eyes are green and I have white eyelashes, mom thinks that's the coolest thing.
5. When I fall asleep I lay on my back with my paws up in the air. If there's covers nearby I'll even cover myself up if I get cold.
6. I'm a Uni, which means I am deaf in one ear. My other ear is perfect, but I hate it when mom has to clean them. I know she does it to keep me healthy though.
7. I love to be with my family, I sit and look out the window when they're gone until they return.
