Arrival Story:
We puchased Miller from a horse breeder in Mt Pleasant MI. On the ride home it was so easy to bond with Miller. He was my baby.

Bio:
As a pup, I would wrap him up in a blanket like a swaddled baby and we would watch TV together. Now since he is older, we snuggle in the corner of the couch in the evenings and watch TV. He also loves to go for a ride or a walk. My Husband likes to take him Jogging. The silly Pup will keep up too with his short legs. Miller had a scare in July of 2006. He had eaten a Peach pit (seed) and it had gotten lodged inbetween his stomache & small intestine. My Husband and I were on vacation in Martha's Vinyard at the time & received an alarming call from the pet sitter. Our friend Michele (my hero) came over and rushed Miller to the emergency vets to try to figure out what was going on. The Emergency Vets found the peach pit through the use of an ultrasound. Thanks goodness, because Miller was super sick pucking green and super skinny. My friend Michele pick him up the next morning and took him to our vets for surgery. My husband and I had to change our flights and everything to get back to Michigan for the pup. It took us almost 24 hours to get home. We had to take a taxi to the Ferry, the Ferry to the bus, the bus to the airport in Boston, MA, the plane to Pittsburgh, PA. Then get our Car and drive to Lake Orion, MI. It was the hardest day of travel ever. I got the the vets the next morning after the surgery was completed and just held Miller for an hour or more. He is Ok now ... But it was a scare adventure.

The Kids

So, this weekend my parents brought home two kids with them ... The introduced them as our New Brother & Sister. I am not sure what is going on, but I think they are going to come live with us.

The little boy was great ... He wanted to play chase and tag ... We played for an hour until we were both tired out. Then we hung out on the couch and watched some cartoons. (I was hoping for Animal Plant)

The little girl was scared of me at first, so I had to lay down an let her come over to me. She was calling me baby ... So, I decided to sing to her. She thought I was silly and decided to sit next to me too and pet me.

I think it is going to be great to have two more people to pay attention to me. Oh and the best part ... Mom gave me cookies ever time I would sit quietly ... Who knew doing nothing would get me cookies!

Freddy is HERE!!!

I am so excited ... Freddy is here visiting. He loves to shower Molsen and I with so much attention (and food). He got here yesterday ... But ha brought all these tools like he is going to tear up the house. So, I thought I might help him ... I have mad skills at tearing it up...

I want to check on him ... And he had this liquid stuff in a pan with a white fuzzy rolling thing inside of it. The liquid stuff smelt pretty good, so I asked Molsen what it was ... he said it was melted Ice Cream ... Mmm I love Ice Cream, so I thought I would give it a lick.

I waited until Freddy was looking the other way and moved in slowly maintaining visual on Freddy. I extended my tongue ready to lick ... Then I heard "Miller Stop!" I got scared and froze tongue still hanging out. It was my Mom, she said "Don't lick that Miller, the paint is poisonous and can make you very sick". Wow that was a close one. Molsen got me again ... Or did Mom not want to share the Ice Cream with me. And why would they put Ice Cream on the walls. I tried licking the walls downstairs to see if they tasted like Ice Cream ... I am not sure ... I think I need to continue my sampling.

As for Freddy ... I get to hang out with him for the next 5 days ... I am the luckiest dog on Earth!
