I haven't written before, but this is serious stuff!

It is almost Howl-AWeenie time again!

We are so excited here at our house! Mommy and Daddy been draggin' down boxes and boxes from the attic and they been decoratin' like mad! We got ghosties and goblins and all kinds of stuff all over the outside of the house! And I know what this all means! Yes I do. It means Mommy is gonna try to put some silly clothes on me and make me sit pretty for some stupid pictures again! There better be some serious Liv R Treats for after is all I can say!
To all my furcuzes and furfriends - remind your people that they gotta be careful about what they leave layin' around about now! Peoples gotta put chocolate way high up out of our reaches cuz chocolate and lots of other stuff can make us very most sick! So all of you out there - have a GREAT Howl-AWeenie and most of all, have a SAFE and HAPPY Howl-AWeenie!

HOORAY! California SB250 is D*E*A*D!!!!!!

Icee and me are dancin' for joy today while Smudge supervises from her favorite spot on the sofa! We be celebratin' because California SB 250 - the law that would have let peoples come into a house and take away any dog that wasn't spayed or neutered! BAD BAD BAD law! - has been killed D*E*D - DEAD! Now, everyone knows a good pet should be spayed or neutered! That's just common sense! But no one should be able to come and take us away from our owners and do serious operations on us or even KILL US! No law should allow that to happen and this was a BADBADBAD law for sure! Hooray to the California legislators who still have common sense rattling around in their brainboxes and KILLED THIS BILL! Let's just hope it STAYS dead!

Dear Sandy Paws - I wish I could say I can 'splain but - but - but well I'm just a 'dorable baby pupster and I try really really hard to be good but it's hard, you know? I mean - IceeMom wears these silly-looking sweaters and coats sometimes and it's just so much fun to grab the collars of those silly things and pullpullpull until they come off right over her head! How can I resist? Specially the fuzzy collar coats! And about Daddy's slippers - I mean they are LEATHER for goodness sake! All doggies love leather and is it my fault Daddy doesn't put them away in the closet like Mommy does (oh sure, NOW she puts them away, after I ate the insides out of her last pair!). Those slippers are just so tempting and they taste good, too! We won't talk about the flower garden or the box of tissues, will we? No, I think it is best if we just don't go there......and besides, I'm innocent! Really! Trust me....

So Sandy Paws, all things considered I really am perfectly 'dorable (just look at my special holiday picture - aren't I the picture of innocence? Sure I am!) and I think I should get the most Liv R Treats and toys this year! So please remember that part when you stop by our house this year and we'll just forget the rest, OK? And honest, I'll try reallyreallyreally hard NEXT year to be good. Really I will. Trust me!
