Arrival Story:
I adopted her from a rescue org. I met her through her foster family, I fell in love with her but she was already set to be adopted by some one else. I was so sad but I filled out the adoption form anyway just in case, and the other person decided that they didn't want her so I got her. I couldn't be happier. She is the happiest most lovable puppy ever.

Bio:
She was born in Tennesse, and was part of an unwanted litter by a purebred dachshund and a beagle. She has the length and height of the dachshund but the build of a beagle.

Why I am so happy I adopted Peanut.:
Two months after I adopted Peanut I was walking her when I fell on ice and broke my leg in five places. Needless to say I was out of work and confined to my apartment on the third floor for months. I can't say how great it was to have Peanut. She would cuddle up with me and lick my face. She helped me cope with the pain and the loneliness and isolation. She made me get up out of bed to play with her which was great it helped me so much.
