Leave a bone for MacKenzie Girl
Nicknames: "Dancing Queen, Kenzie, My Little Black Eyed Pea, Fang, Billy Girl, Good Girl, Fuzz Monkie, "Kenzie Ken Ken
Doggie Dynamics:
Likes: loves dancing, jumping and spinning, loves to be cuddled and petted, she loves her food. She loves to wrestle on the bed with her mom and she likes to pee on the floor!
Pet-Peeves: loud noises, not getting any attention, doesn't like to go out to the potty site when the grass is wet or when it's raining.
Favorite Toy: She loves her bully stick chewies, likes to chew paper and get into things she shouldn't.
Favorite Food: She loves all her food really, but she seems especially fond of chicken
Favorite Walk: MacKenzie loves to go for walks around the nieghborhood, to the park, to the dog park and to the rose garden.
Best Tricks: Getting into drawers, tearing up all the tissues in the tissue box, jumping up, spinning when she's excited, barking her fool head off at anything or nothing at all, making soft cooing noises when she's tired, and falling asleep while being brushed.
Arrival Story: We adopted MacKenzie from a local sheltie rescue operation called The Sheltie Shack. She was very affectionate and kept coming up to us for attention and pets. She was one of two shelties we adopted that day. The other one was her kennel sibling, Conchobar (Connor). He too is very affectionate.
Bio: MacKenzie spent the first 4 years of her life breeding. She has had several litters that we know of, I believe. But that part of her life is now over. She will spend the rest of her life as a pampered pet, going to the dog park, sleeping on the bed, eating a fresh diet and getting old and fat like the rest of us!

It was my 6th birthday on the 2nd. My family is going to have a BIG party over the 13th. My mom is going to do some pretty special things for me and for Connor. Photos will be posted. Meanwhile, everybody visit Cuailgne's page and give her a bone or two. She's at Rainbow Bridge now... xoxoxoxox
I was 5 years old on February 2, 2008 and it was the first time I ever celebrated my birthday in my new home. It was some fun times! We had a party with some people over. The humans were eating fondue, and I got to taste it! It was really good! It was just a little celebration because there are other birthdays this month in my family too, puls there's St. Valentine's Day which is a HUGE thing at our house, evidently. It will be my first time celebrating that too. When we have the big party there will be cake, and treats, and fun walks to go on, and other dogs to meet at the park. I love my new home. And everyone loves me!
Well it seems that I have to go see a "specialist" about my skin condition on my feet. They are hard to find and so we have to take a trip out of town to see a spcecial doctor who will conduct a "biopsy" and hopefully get a confirmed diagnosis for my condition. My mom is pretty concerned about it and she just wants to know what it is so she can start dealing with it. Our doc here says "it could be a long road ahead". It could be Pemphigus, or DM, but whatever it is I will probably have to take medication for a long period of time. However nothing can be done until we have a confirmed diagnosis. So *sigh* it will be a considerably smaller Christmas at our house this year, but the spirit of the season will certainly be observed in the way of giving, special friends and family, good food, and charity for animal organizations. I'm just glad to have a home and a mom who will get me the help I need!
