Bio:
Elroy is one good boy! He will probably be about 65 lbs when he's gained weight. The photos don't capture his very pretty golden coat color. He is not tan in person. He's really "gold". Elroy knows how to sit and is working hard to learn other commands, such as, lay down, etc... He is also working on learning how to walk properly on a leash and is off to a good start. Potty training is coming along and is going rather well so far. He shows quite a willingness to learn and looks to you for guidance. Elroy is super sweet! From the first moment our volunteer laid eyes on him he has not shown any aggression toward anyone. He still has some puppy in him and therefore has energy to burn but he is not overly energetic. He is also a good cuddler and rides well in a car. He didn't even show aggression when he was given a bath, which he clearly did not like. After he figured out there was no escape from the bath, he calmed down and accepted it. He is an all around great guy. Elory's best quality is how he is a great combination of fun-loving energy and relaxation. This guy is anything you want him to be, he wants to please his person the best way he can and is super responsive to treat rewards when he has done a 'job well done'.
