Poor Mom

Mom has been so busy the past few months. I'll be so happy when this summer will be over and she'll get a break. Until next year when she has to have her wedding!

It's been tough for me. The heat is very hard on me. But everyone gives me lots of ice cubes and I get to stay in the air conditioning.

I wish we had a pool!

WALK!

I finally went for a walk today!!! It's finally sorta nice here. Windy, but above 30. And a lot of the snow has melted. You can even see the grass!!!
I went with grandma & mom and I saw Maddie!!!!!!!!! Maddie even came out and we played then she came on my walk with me!

I hope the weather stays nice cause I wanna go on more walks.

Food

Every morning when Grandpa is making his lunch for work, I sit by the table and he feeds me some of my carrot. I love carrots. I love lots of veggies. But carrots are my favorites.
Tonight, they are all eating roast beef with mashed potatoes. When they're done, I'll get some beef & potatoes on my food and they'll put some of the gravy on it for me too.
They feed me lots of good stuff.
I wonder why they make fun of me and tell me I have a belly though. I only weigh 30 pounds...

Ahhh...

I just wanted to say that I love that everyone lets me sleep in bed with them. And I love that they let me under the covers where it's very warm.
And I love it when I'm lying on the couch in the morning and grandma covers me with the blanket.

Mom's Birthday

Dad is helping me write this while Mom is having a cuppa.

It's her birthday on Saturday. I don't know what to get her. Dad said he'd help me, you know, pick up something from the store. I just don't know what to get her.

Maybe I could just give her extra kissies & huggies?

I'm very sorry I haven't written much here in a while. Mom hasn't been feeling all that well the past few months so she couldn't help me type. (you know, no opposable thumbs here)

My birthday!

My birthday was on Saturday. I turned 2!

In the afternoon, mom, dad & gram took me for a walk to see all of my friends and give them their party bags. I wanted to have a party and have them all over, but gram & pa don't have a fenced in yard so it would have been too hard to have all my friends running around. But mom made up party bags for all the people I would have invited anyways. There was Butter & Angel, Dakota & Angel, Maddie and Sunshine. Mom put some little "gimme a kiss" bones and some "peanut butter" bones in. She also put some beef meaties in. A few rawhide sticks and some milkbones. I hope my friends like their bags.

Then later on at anight, mom, dad, gram & pa sang happy birthday to me and gave me an iced oatmeal cookie with a candle on it! i blew out the candle them got to eat my cookie. i also got a booda lion cub to play with. but i ripped him open in about 4 minutes. that made gram very mad :(

Anyways, all day people were petting me and telling me it was my birthday. I had lots of fun and I can't wait until my next birthday!

TV

Mom's been letting me watch morning tv now that I'm almost 2.
We watch Sesame Street and the Koala Brothers and Ready Set Learn and the Wiggles.
I like the Wiggles a lot but I like Sesame Street better.
Elmo is my favorite.

Sad day :(

Today is a very sad day. Mom had to throw out Booda Kitty because I had played with him too much and he was falling apart.

I miss my kitty :( I wish he didn't have to go.

I will go hug my new toy "Harry Elephante" now.

Wow! I didn't know we could write a journal!

Let's see. What is new with me?

Mom got me a hoodie. I love it :) I really like wearing it because it keeps me warm and it's getting colder out. And I look really cute in it!
