scootch lost without you we all are. your prensence is so missed here. you were the man of the house and it is not the same without you. thank you for givng 16 years to me. we were sooo meant to be together. still to this day not even sure why, but what was meant to be was. Our lives changed so much in the past 6 months and having you here by my side helped. i know that you enjoued being here and in the end it was very comfortable for you. i wish i could have taken your pain away . watching you not eat wass so hard,considering you were always the hoover of the house..my buddy i miss you soooo much. wehad 16 yrs together . good and bad but dam i am so lucky to have shared my life with you that long....i love you i miss you we are all lost without you. i know you are with emma and spot and the hersh...mac too you made my heart smile and still do...you are not here in person but your soul is by my side..thanks again for all the years...your mom

what can I say to you? except we were so meant to be together. Not exactly sure why but it started that way from the beginning when you came out breach and I had to deliever you. then no one would adopt you at our pet adoption. you were the last little pup. your brother and sisters found there forever homes and you were the one who was supposed to stay at the pet store. we both got really upset and you came home with me.I thought we would do an adoption the following week and you contracted parvo! well i nursed you back to health and i knew you should be with me. over the years when things got rough there were a few times I thought you were going to leave but here we are. you are my hard headed hungry hound dog. you crack me up and get me soo mad at the same time. even today when you stole my sandwich at work. I have to guard food and the kithen at all times.....you keep me on my toes. I think back to the loud mouth you used to be. bark all the time. now you don't hear that well and aren't that loud. I have toadmit I do miss it a little. i will never forget what a good boy you really are. you are tough as a rock on the out side and so sweet of a boy on the inside. i only know that side because I am your mother.you did some crazy things in your 13 years . you could kick the butt of any dog too. you defiently are the toughest dog I have ever known. Not a pitt but you would never know with that attitude but you backed it up. i scootch will love you forever . thankyou soo much for the last 13 years. you are my boy!!!!! thank you for always bing nice to the girls of the house especially nestle. I am glad for what ever reason we will never part unless we have to . i love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my happiest day

hi my name is scootch! my mom found my mother pregnant in the woods in fla and here I am. My whole family got adopted and i was the one to stay with my foster mom. in my younger years i was a big handful. I am a hound so I barked so much and chased everything that moved. i had tons of energy. Now that I am 13 i don't find it necessary to chase anything> I leave that up to my younger brother and sisters. I do have to admit they all look silly . I know with my years of experience that they won't catch anything lol My hearing isn;t that good anymore so i don't bark that much anymore> Am I happy..the happiest I have ever been. give me a good meal and a warm bed and i am the happiest hound you will ever meet. I do have to admit that I have a food addiction and am always hungry. I spend my every awake moment scouring for food. the kitchen is my hunting ground. I know I drive my mom crazy but she loves me sooo much! rightfully so. i was born in her house and she delivered me. I came out breech.I have even aged hansomely. my mom tells me all the time. I am very low maintence like a kitty only want affection when I want it. I made that clear years ago, so my mom knows how I am. i go to work with her everdday. I have a bed there too! I am a spoiled pup. after all these years i and my mom know I deserve it. I think that my happiest day now that i am a senior is everyday because I know how special I am to my mom.....and she caters to my food and bed addictions.....and she loves me more then she can say .it took me 13 years to relieze it. i am a hard headed hound!
