Well, my dachshund that I had for 13 years passed away in July of 2001, and I was devasted. My parents at the time didnt want another dog, and I couldnt take it, so when I moved out in March of 2002, I couldnt wait to get another dachshund. So my sister let me go pick her out from a breeder, and I got her on May 2nd, my birthday. Let me tell you, one of the best birthday presents ever!!!!
