Megan's Journal

Update on Megan

We received the biopsy report on Megan and she does have mast cell cancer. The doctor said he was fairly certain that he removed all of it but she is on medication. We really appreciate the prayers and gifts sent and would appreciate all the extra prayers anyone can keep sending up for her.Thank you all so much and we are just having faith that God will keep her safe and well. Mommy's so worried

Mommy and daddy took me in for my yearly exam and my shots. We thought everything was same as usual until the doctor said that she was worried about an area on my leg. They were going to drain it and check the cells. They came in a little later and told mommy that they were worried, it looked suspicious so they scheduled me for surgery next wednesday. Mommie was so scared she told them it hadn't been there very long and it was just a soft raised area. They will know more about it when they do the lumpectomy. Please pray for me! My mommie and daddy are so worried, I will be 10 years old next week and I have been fairly healthy all this time. Thank you all for your prayers

I'm Dog of the Day! Woohoo!!

My mommie just checked her emails and what a surprise! She found out that I was selected Dog of the Day. I am one lucky pup. I am so thankful to Dogster for picking me. Thanks for my new pup request and my gifts. Of course my brother and sisters are a little jealous but they will get over it, lol. I feel like I'm accepting an academy award, lol, but mommie is so excited for me. Thanks again Dogster!! Megan
