Arrival Story:
I've always lived in apartments so when I moved to Colorado I was finally able to afford to buy a condo. When I bought my condo I was excited because we have a big field and a park right next to our complex and I right away knew I wanted to get a dog. But being in a condo I knew it would only be fair to get a smaller dog. I kept checking the pound but they rarely had small dogs. But then one day they had this small little brown dog and you could just tell he was not happy with his situation. So I decided to adopt the poor guy! First thing he did when we walked out was do a #2 on their lawn!!
Bio:
The pound told me he was a red Miniature Pinscher but I still think he has some Chihuahua in him. He is a total love bug and likes to give you kisses on the tip of your nose. He will only sleep with one of his babies; a stuffed toy. Actually all of Max's babies have been "unstuffed" thanks to Gus his brother. At night, both Max and Gus sleep under the blankets with their Mommy, one on each side so Mommy can't move and wakes up every morning with an aching back!!
