My dad gave me a new home when he rescued me from people who kept me in a garage and didn't take care of me. Now I have a caring and loving family. Bio: On my first date with my Fiance, he said he needed to stop and let his dogs out, I couldn't wait to meet them, he told me to beware of Bear, that he could be intimidating , well when Bear came outside to greet me, I thought he was just adorable, and he warmed right up to me, he came out to meet me with his tail wagging like he'd been waiting for me. Intimidating, is definately not a word I would use to describe Bear, he is very protective of our family and home, and he won't hesitate to let you know it, but he's all show. My fiance got Bear from a friend of his ex's that didn't want him, he had been hit by a car shortly before coming to live with him and they were keeping him in a garage. The accident left Bear with bad hips, he now has arthritis and it's hard for him some days, but he can still run and play with the best of pups. When he's resting his breathing can sometimes be labored and he actually sounds like a big ol' bear! It's a perfect name for him, he is just my "silly 'ol Bear".

As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
