Arrival Story:
Sje was a birthday present from a friend of ine that knew i missed my old dog Mayko. He had a friend who dog had just had puppies...when they were three weeks old i had my chance to pick her out...there were only three 2 boys and a girl...stella was the only black and white one, the boys where both chocolate colored...when i saw her face for the first time, i knew it was ment to be. A few weeks went by and i went to pick her up. She was a tiny little fluff ball that fit in the palm of my hand.
I had a hard time finding the perfect name for my little munchkin. She looked like a spotted cow & a superhero with a mask. SHe loved music though, it seemed to mellow her out, so i tried to find a name then an old movie came on....A street car named desire....Marlon Brando had jsut dies and i heard his voice blaring out f the tv....SSSSSTTTTEEELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL LLAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Bio:
i picked stella from a litter of three. she was the only little girl and the only one that was black and white. She looked like a little spotted cow when i first saw her, weighing in at like 1 pound. i called her my little super hero because the black mask on her face kind or made it look like bat man, her enorous ears kinda added to the short lived nickname of "bat dog". Stella actually went like two weeks before i finally decided on a name. she was born shortly after marlon brando one of my favorite actors passed away. my favorite movie that he did was "a street car named desire"...there is a seen where a young brando stands in the street and screams "SSSSTTTTEEELLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA "....it was final when i realized that my favorite musician (paul mccartney) + favorite photographer (linda mccartney) had a daughter named stella. so as cheesy as it is that is how stella got her name.
stella is a trouper, she endured three hurricane before she was a year old and survived life with a sheba for two years.
she is fiesty, loving, loud, a snuggler, she will sleep til 11 in the morning if you let her. just like her mommie.
her favorite place to visit is grammies house where she has her own tent in the living room filled with blanket for her to burrow in. she also enjoys floating on a raft in the pool while she soaks up the sun.
Basically stella is spoiled rotten and she is the queen!
