Birthday birthday birthday

Hey everyone!!!
Guess what?!
Today is my birthday! I am 2 years old!
My family had a party for me with gifts and a cake of my own! I added a picture so you can see me with my cake!
My friend, Brutus, also was at my party. He chased me around the house trying to get one of my new stuffed toys from me! That was fun!
I shared one of my new treats with him too.
Its been a busy busy day so I am going to go to sleep now.
I love days like this! Its all about me!!
I wish my big brother would have been here to have enjoyed it with me. I miss him so much. Its lonely here without him.

My big brother

It is a sad day around my house. My big brother, Bailey died today. Bailey taught me alot in life. He was so steady and calm. My mom thinks that is where I get those traits from.
I have been laying in Bailey's spot all day today, looking out the front door, just waiting for my brother to come home. But my mom told me, as she started to cry, that he isn't coming back.
I love you Bailey. Thank you for being such a great brother to me.

Weekends r 4 fun

weekends r 4 fun....at least thats what mom says.
she works hard all week so when the weekends come she spoils me like crazy.
what a big weekend and its not even over yet!!!
my mom took me everywhere with her this weekend....she says she does it b/c she luvs me and feels guilty leaving me during the week to go to work.
rumor has it that she is not working one day this week b/c she has to take the day off for something important....so i am going to be happy on that day since she wont be leaving me behind for 9 hours!!!

i got to go to a BONFIRE with mommy!! i never did that before! all these people sat around a big fancy fire and they drank and ate. wonder what the reasoning is for that?! i thought you sit around a table to eat??????
anyway, i got two hot dogs and some of mom's moon pie. you should have seen this place......they had a really big house with a huge lake! i didnt go swimming ......mom said b/c it was dark out, but she did let me walk on the edge of the water!! i met some new human friends and they pet me all nite! everybody commented how well behaved i was...they were impressed with the pitty!!!!!

wonder what mom has planned for this weekend?!?!

well, i am still tired from the weekend, so i am going back to bed.

Canines in the Cascades

Hi friends!
Guess what?! Yesterday my mom took me to see all the other doggies at the area pet carnival called Canines in the Cascades!!! I got to see and sniff soooo many other dogs! They had lots of games for me to play too but I really did not want to play too much because I was just so excited to be there. I did get in the pool though. I was in it with a big Great Dane!!! He didn't hurt me, don't worry. He was a very nice dog. He even let me sniff his bum!!! They gave me a doggy sno-cone but I did not eat it. My mom tried to feed me a hot dog too but I couldn't eat....I was too excited! Then guess what....they put me on the stage and introduced me! See...my picture is on the event t-shirt and they wanted everyone to see me in person! I got introduced!! That was wild! I heard my name being called over the loud speakers!!! wow

My mom bought me this fancy x-mas collar thing too! It's very pretty. I am going to look pretty sharp for the holidays! I will add it to my collection.

So....that is what I did exciting this weekend...it's now time to spend quality time with just my mommy. See you later.

Labor Day weekend 2007

Today my mom made me join this dogster.com thing.
What my mom refuses to understand is that I am not a dog...I am human!!
I can't figure out why she did not put me on facebook.com instead!!
Anyway, I had a great weekend.....
My mom took me to the lake on Friday. I love it there!
Then Saturday I got to see a few old friends of mine that I have not seen it a very long time. I played and played and even swam in the kiddy pool (I prefer the adult size pools).
Then on Sunday I got company at my house and got to swim again..this time in the big pool! We had a cook out and I got a hamburger AND a hot dog!
Its been a busy weekend and I am tired, so I am going to sleep now.
I will keep you posted on what I am up to!
