I had been grieving for Vinnie to the point of depression. Since adopting Pepper though, I find myself laughing and enjoying his antics. I will always believe that Vinnie had something to do with Pepper's arrival. Bio: What a fun-loving, mischievous imp this little dog is! He is a handful with his 'wanna be naughty' behavior and that adorable face. Luckily he's also eager to please and very, very sweet. One of my favorite traits of his is the little 'engine growl' he does when he's trying to sound tough while we play. It's hard to believe his tough guy act when his tail is wagging a mile-a-minute.
