We decided on a lab, and found out that chocolate labs shed the least amount, although this being almost fall in BC he is shedding now...we live in a neighbourhood with 4 chocolate labs, Tucker, Otis, and Cinnamon and Charlie. His girlfriend Kona lives about 4 blocks away. Bio: Vancouver Island, BC, Canada is the best place for our dog to live. We have the beach 2 blocks away, numerous off-leash walking trails, and 2 rivers to dive and swim in, not to mention the mild climate.
