NEW home?!!?

Okay, so I am not sure if I should be excited, sad, nervous, or just upset! Mommy and Daddy just told me that today I will "interview" for a NEW family!! What the dog?!!? I LOVE this family!! Why do I need a NEW one!? Mommy sais something to me about this home just being temporary, a place for me to heal and get strong again! She has already met my potential new mommy, and I did too actually, but I really don't remember her! Mommy says the lady is very nice, and she has a husband and 2 little boys! I don't know! I had a boy at my bad old family, and I wasn't allowed to play with him. Mommy tells me though that my new family will let me play with the boys, so THAT IS kind of exciting!!

I am really, really nervous I guess!! Mommy says that if it for some odd reason doesn't work out with this family, that there are a couple of others who have expressed interest in me!! ME!! Mommy says why not, I am a very special dog! Hmm, ME SPECIAL! I LIKE that!

I have to go get ready for my interview and such! Wish me luck! I will get Mommy to tell you how it went if I get a new family!

I feel so WHOOOZIE....

OH MY DOG!! My mommy and Daddy are trying to KILL me!! I am SURE of it!! They continue to love all over me, trying to hide this fact, but I know it is true!! Let me tell you what happened!!

FIRST thing was last night! I got dinner EARLY, and then this morning NO BREAKFAST!! Starving me!! THEN they put me in the car. I though woohoo, maybe they are taking ME with them to get BREAKFAST!! After a LONG drive, we pulled up at Diego's favorite place. Diego wasn't with us that trip, so I wasn't sure why I would get to see HIS girlfriends!!

THEN, Mommy took me into the back of this place, where Diego always went, so I wasn't scared. Diego told me what a great place it is back there, so I was sort of excited! WHOA!! Mommy let one of them put ME in a cage!! UM, excuse me!! Where is the FUN in that!?!?!

Mommy left me there!! Throughout the morning Mommy and Daddy popped in to talk to me, but all they really told me was that I would be okay!! YEAH RIGHT!!

So then the same woman who put me IN the cage came to take me OUT of the cage!! I thought okay, this wasn't fun, but it isn't so bad either. WAIT though, just when I THOUGHT I was going out to Mommy and Daddy, the woman put me on a table....OH NO, I was not excited about this at all! The woman talked to me nice and was loving on me, but it was NOT fun for me!! The last thing I remember there was a MASK that they put over my face!

I woke up in my cage again, but this time the whole world was spinning and felt sort of funny in the tummy!! Once again though, Mommy and Daddy were popping in to see how I was doing and to love on me. After YEARS back there, they FINALLY had one of the guys working carry me out to Mommy and Daddy! I was going HOME!! I wasn't sure how to feel about that, since I was sure they were trying to kill me this morning!

I do know though that when I got home, and got to MY crate, with MY bed and MY Bobo, all was right in my little world!! I was a little dazed, but I was home!

So now I am gonna go lay down again, as I am still WAY Woozie! Mommy says I looked drunk this afternoon, but I am not sure what that actually means. She says you guys, or at least your adult humans, will understand!

Another playdate!

Saturday I got to go play with other Boxers again!! THIS time Mommy didn't tell me ahead of time, so when we go there I was SO excited! This time it was just ME with Mommy and Daddy, no Max and no little dogs!! I got them BOTH all to myself!!

As soon as we got there, Mommy and Daddy let me go. They were a lot easier going this time. They say it was because it was just me and no Max, but I think they just knew what to expect this time! I went outside with my friends and I explored. Once I knew for sure it was the smae place, I started to say hello. I saw friends from last time, and I made new friends!

I will admit that I got overly excited and got a bit nasty when my friends tried to play! I wasn't sure about whether they were just playing or if they wanted to kill me!! I had to show them that I could defend myself!! Oh, was THAT a mistake!! Mommy got a squirt bottle, and she let me have it!! Eventually I figured that if Mommy was not happy with me trying to kill them before they killed me, that maybe my friends were not out to kill me!!

Oh, so these guys play like my sisters and brothers!! Hmm, I asked around the pack at the play date, and they told me ALL dogs play like this!! WOOOHOOO!! I can get used to this!!

I made a friend today she looks A LOT like me!! Her name is Coco, short for coconut. Coco is young, but she was a lot of fun! Mommy is posting pictures for me, and you will see my friend Coco! She is a real cutie!

Mommy and Daddy let me stay and play for the whole 2 hours this time, since I was behaving SO nicely. I was very tired on the ride home, and I was very happy to see my bed!

Mommy says that by next month I will probably have a new family. I REALLY hope my new family will let me go to these outings, as I have friends and I really enjoy it!
