My Birthday is coming up. Yep, on the 23rd of August, I will officially be 5! Kayla says she's really worried, and she's being extra careful. She's never had a dog that died of old age before, everyone of them, she says, died young. But I'm not worried! Nope, not one bit.
Kayla says that for my birthday, we're gonna hopefully get some cake, or ice cream. Oh boy! Ice cream! I love ice cream!
Hopefully I'll be able to see Nanny and Uncle Gary. They might have gifts for me! Not that I care, unless it's ice cream, then I care.

Tomorrow, I have to go to the Vet. Ewww! Ha ha. Also, I have one new sister, and one new brother. They are both cats. Nova, she's the girl, and Sukki, he's the boy. They are going to the Vet, too. Mom doesn't know how old they are yet, also, they said something about some surgery. I don't know. But during the surgery, I'm gonna be REAL worried about them. Yep. Worried. So is Kayla, she's probably gonna cry. She says anything could go wrong. So, I don't know.
Did you know our vet office doesn't have a place for the kittens to stay at after surgery? Yep, it's true. Or something like that. Kayla's last dog had an internal parasite, but the Vet's office wouldn't hold him there and she said it was because they don't have holding cages.
I don't like the Vet.

Yay for walks! I love walks, obviously, that's almost all that I talk about. My sister takes me on one everyday! Which is why she bought me a velcro jacket to wear. It has a strap in the front and one that goes behind my legs. It's really comfortable, but Kayla really needs to wash it! She says that me and that jacket will be together furever! ^.^
Yesterday, a little puppy came over. She tired me out! She came over once before that when she was just about 8 or so weeks old, so atleast she was out of the nipping faze. She wanted me to play, but I was too pooped from already playing with her! Thank goodness my sis was there, Lily, the puppy, tried to follow me into her room, but Kayla "shooed" her out. I so needed that rest! She turned her new fan on for me, and I slept like a rock! ^.^
This morning, I watched Kayla get onto the big yellow twinkie. It was horrible! They always make fun of me when I poo, but today, they didn't! Thank goodness. Sis says that people can be so immature. I looked at her like, "Tell me about it!"
I haven't been on any recent car rides, except one where Dad forgot something and we turned around. But they left me there. Kayla said that it was because Dad neglected to tell her that someone was getting a ride with us. We have a long car, but only two rows of seating. Kayla, this summer, is going to try to get a job and the local animal shelter, and she says that when she saves up enough money, she's going to buy Mom a Sedan or SUV of some kind that's great on gas. I can't wait to put my smell in it! ^.^
