Arrival Story:
Charlie is partially blind, but don't let that fool you - it doesn't slow him down one bit! He LOVES to play fetch and tug-of-war. His new family will have to have lots of toys! He LOVES his toys! He was for adoption through MABBR www.mabbr.org, but after a year of fostering him, we decided he's not going anywhere. So, he's our first Foster Failure!

Bio:
He's a talker! If only I could get him to "use his words" I'd have a better idea of what he's saying. He definitely hates to be ignored and will let you know it!
