Arrival Story:
Dad had known my dog mom for a long time & when she had me & all my siblings Dad thought we were so cute. He kept taking pictures with his camera phone & sending them to Mama. Finally she agreed to talk about another dog--pretty soon they agreed that their house needed the chaos a beautiful yellow Labrador would provide. They planned to come get me on Sunday but there was a big flood. Monday night they drove almost 100 miles to a farm to get me. My new brother, Scout, came too and he approved of me so mama loaded my muddy self into a crate and I went to my new home. I got a bath & blowdry immediately and then I began investigating this new place called HOME. I had never been in a house or had air conditioning....everything was so different. All the people seemed so nice and I decided I would stay and make my forever home.
