Arrival Story: Emma was found wandering the street as a stray. She was emaciated and terrified, and had obviously given birth to many many litters of puppies in her lifetime. I will always wonder where she came from and how she escaped. When she first came to me, I was afraid she would not make it through the first few days. She was so thin, she could barely stand up. Now she is a healthy sleek and beautiful girl, but she still has emotional scars from her abuse and neglect.
Bio: Emma was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor several months ago. She crossed the bridge in my arms on June 14th 2010. RIP my sweet little girl.
