Hello, fellow pups, I'm back to my diary, unfortunately not for the best things. You know what I'm talking about. The tick season. And unfortunately for us, they're more resistant than ever.My owner found 1 on him (in it's back, odd place for a tick), another one on the ground, 5 (!!!) on me and another one on the sofa.
Here's an advice for you: DON'T pull off the tick! First of all, rub some olive oil on that area, then, when she slips from the wound, you pick her. That, because when you try to take it off she segregates a venom that can kill you. There's more chance killing an human than a dog.

In the other day it was diagnosed to me cataracts, but not an extreme situation, so, for now, it isn't already needed a cirgury. Hopefully it won't be needed, yes?

I had a wonderful Christmas, and like it wasn't enough, a good 10th barkday.
I received tons of treats, one bone and lots of attention.

I've been tagged by Maya, so I must do this:
Now I must post 7 facts about myself, then tag other dogs to do the same.

1. I love trying to (I'm not always succeeded)snatch my (ironic) cloth bone from my owners.
2. I'm one of the quickest dogs of my area, althought I'm 9 years old (I lost the title to a friend dog).
3.My name, in Portuguese, means lazy. I wonder why?!
4.I share my home with 2 canary's, 1 hamster & 7 budgerigars (and my 3 owners, of course).
5. I'm very strange about what I eat (eg.:sometimes I eat some things, other times I eat... other things).
6. I'm very protective and maternal about "my" 14 years old human son.
7. I rarely bite [when I do it, it's when I'm playing ruff (with my human friends)]
