Arrival Story:
How did I end up here? Locked in this cage for ever it seems. People walk past pointing here and there, never at me. One day very much like any other I saw a woman enter and start down the aisle, I thought to myself this is my chance. I watched her as she came closer and saw that she did not seem to like the barking dogs, so I kept my silence. I saw that she did not like jumping dogs so I stayed still. She arrived in front of me and I pushed my sadness and need to get out of here on her. I'll see that one she said. Step one of my plan is complete, I sigh. The handlers at the rescue take me to a room and let me go I walk to where she is sitting and roll over on my back. She caves like a wet noodle and takes me home that day. I like to think of it as the day that I acquired my sucker, she now lives by way of the paw.

Bio:
I used to have a lot of fear when I first came to my good home. I fear peed and had agressive tendencies towards other dogs. All you others in my boat hang in there, if you owner rescued you chances are they will show you the paitence and understanding that you need. Just remember take it slow, build trust with your sucker and the fear will abate. Dog parks on leash to get used to others and many trips to public places using training tools like the gentle leader help to make me the bold, social, and loveable boy that I am today.
