Arrival Story:
A friend at work was going to have to give Boo away. I had been considering getting a second dog and boom...there was Boo. I was told that he didn't particularly like women but he walked into my apartment, came over to me, then sat down in front of me with his paw on my leg. My friend made his exit not too long after that...that's when I learned that Boo is a "howler". If he's lonely - he howls. If he's tired - he howls. If I leave him alone without a bone - he howls. The howling is the reason we got our newest family member, Chickie. Boo wasn't too fond of her since she is an australian shepherd and does tend to like to herd us both. Boo has always been a little on the needy side but now that has gone out the window since Chickie rules the house now. At least she think she does. Boo is actually the one who is going to protect me and Chickie from anybody or anything. Nobody better mess with either one of us because that's when he goes into his "alpha male" role.

Bio:
We hate the Vet. I try to warn any new person at the vet's office about Boo's quirk. He will pee on anyone who looks like they might work in the vet's office (unless they are needing a urine sample that is). We are also an escape artist...with his aerodynamic shaped head, he can slip out of any collar or muzzle invented....and does so at the drop of a hat.
