Favorite Walk: To the kitchen for breakfast and dinner Arrival Story: I found Winnie late one night wandering down the street. I picked her up and found her entire body was one giant mat. Later at the hospital I learned she had a very high fever, a mouthful of rotten teeth and infected gums, a bladder infection and some serious breathing issues. When all of her fur was shaved we discovered she had been infested with fleas and she was obese! Her Aunt Linda generously paid for all of her rehabilitation and surgery so that she could truly have a second chance. She ended up getting 22 teeth surgically removed, she was diagnosed with COPD and slept in a crate with oxygen pumped into it on and off for many months. Bio: Winnie has lost 3 lbs!!!
