Arrival Story:
My cat had passed away in November of 2006 at the age of 21. My girl Angel was have a very difficult time with the loss. I wasn't sure I wanted another cat just yet, so I thought I would get the Cavelier I had been wanting. I went to Petfinders.com and contacted the Missouri Cavalier rescue. I was thinking " I want a little girl, a sweet little girl. I can dress her up and everyone will love her..." Well, God sends me who he wants me to have because Papi became available and I loved him straight away !! I met his foster in a small town in Southeast Missouri on a Sunday in May. He's been my Baby Boy ever since !

Bio:
Papi came from a Puppy mill in Arkansas. He had lost an eye early on in puppyhood and so became the "stud" for the puppy mill. He was rescued and the work began on his teeth, ears, eye and nutrition. He has had several teeth extracted, a double ear infection cleared up along with most every type of parasite you can imagine. He is a happy healthy 7 year old boy who can now run at the dog park, jump up on the couch and loves to go for rides in the car !
