Quick Bio:
-purebred-dog rescue

Jack loved to cuddle the most. He also liked to transport boots, shoes, small throw rugs around the house. He was into interior decoration. He loved walks in the park and seeing his friends at the Meet & Greets we ran for Makepeace With Animals.

He was a bit "spooked" by men, but got over this with time & love.

Favorite Toy:
He loved squeaky toys, but killed them in about 2 minutes flat. Out came the squeaker & interest was lost. We then were back to the store for more

Favorite Food:
Anything including fresh fruit and biscuits. Frosty Paws also.

Favorite Walk:
Our neighborhood.

Best Tricks:
Jack sat on command and went down as well.

Arrival Story:
We rescued Jack through Makepeace With Animals after he was retired as a racer in Connecticut at 3 years of age.

Jack went to the bridge as a result of osteosarcoma at 7 years of age. He was a very beautiful greyhound and, because of this, many people would say at our Meet & Greets, "I want that one". He was responsible for finding homes for many retired racing greyhounds. We had great Meet & Greets for 6 years & Jack was a star for 4 of those years. He was born on April 11,1995 and went to the bridge on April 25, 2002 at 7 years of age. We were lucky to have him for the 4 years we did. He enriched our lives and gave us much more in return for what we did for him. He introduced us to the wonderful world of greyhound love!
