Arrival Story:
I used to be at the pound, then these people came and got me one day. They were nice people but not the kind of people that should be responsible for a dog because they could barely take care of themselves. I liked to go for rides with them and we would go see their grandma. There I met some wonderful people. They are my parents aunts. They would play with me outside and I loved to spend time with them. Then one day my parents told them they did not think they could care for me anymore and asked them if they wanted me. They were very happy to take me in. I was already familiar with their dogs since I would come over to visit. They took me home and gave me a good bath, bought me a new collar, I got my own name tag and curled up on the couch and went to sleep. i cannot find fault in my old owners because they are both handicapped, but it would have been nice if they had fed me better food and washed the flea soap out of my fur. Because of that I had started to lose my hair. But now my coat is shiney and my hair grew back and I even gained a few pounds. That might be from the snacks. My chewweenie sister Dottie loves snacks too.
