Prior to Dec 2003 thinngs are a little patchy, I found Nelly at a RSPCA shelter in central Victoria, where she had been left because her previous owners couldn't give her the time she needed. All of the other dogs is the shelter were barking and carrying on at the sight of a new person, Nelly, just sat down and looked at me.
