Birthday: November 22nd 2004 Likes: FOOD!!! Barking, car rides, sleeping, ect.... Pet-Peeves: not getting attention Favorite Toy: empty plastic bottles Favorite Food: any kind, she loves all food! Favorite Walk: around the neighborhood Arrival Story: There I was sitting all alone in the stinky pet store, so many humans had already ewed and awed over me but I wasn't satisfied yet. I knew she would come, so I waited. Then one night I lifted my sleepy head and there she was pointing and smiling at me. The man who had been feeding me and cleaning my area came over and took me out of the cage. I was then put in a room with her and two other ladies. After a few minutes I told them that like it or not I was coming home with them. And so it began... Bio: When my mom bought me she noticed that I had a little cough. Mom asked the pet store people about it and they took me into the back and stuck me with two sharp sticks. They brought me back out to my new mom and gave her some medicine to give me for the cough. Well that night I got really bad. Mom took me into an animal clinic the very next day. She was told that I had pneumonia, and that it didn't look very good for me. You see the pet store people had given me two vaccines the night before which you are not supposed to do to a sick puppy. The medicine they gave to my mom was also for a 50lb dog not a 3lb puppy. All of which made me even more sick.
For 4 months I fought and fought and fought. Three different doctors including a specialist told my mom to give up on me, but they didn't know my mom or me. Finally after so much time I started getting better. After a few visits to UGA I was given the all clear. No more sick puppy! Forums Motto: Happy Howl-idays!! There have been some upheavals in his life recently and he seems to be very sensitive to them. His owners are in the process of moving out of state, and he has been staying with relatives until the family can all be reunited. He is loved and he is missed.
