New friends!

Today rocked! Four of us Philly Shibas got together at the dog park, and boy did we have a good time. We picked on a schnauzer and a puggle. Sumera did a lot of barking, Amaya started a lot of chases, Slick kept an eye on everything, and I met a lot of new people who gave me scratches and ear rubs. Whew! It was a big morning. Time for a nap!

I love it when...

Today was the BEST! Mom worked from home, so I got to wander around the office distracting her with my cuteness. When that stopped working, I started eating her files. Hee hee. THAT got her attention. Then the FedEx man came, so I got to really bark at someone - I mean serious barking. But, he didn't seem scared. Guess I'm not as intimidating when Mom is holding me... Tonight we're going to the dog park. Could it get any better?

Mom's in the other room - she says she's recovering from the heart attack I gave her when I slipped my collar at the park. Who cares about the reason, though? She left the computer completely unguarded and here I am! I don't know why she gets so freaked out when I get away... First of all, it happens at least once a month because I'm THAT good. Secondly, it's the most fun thing ever. She totally tricked me today, though. She held the gate to the dog run open, and like a big dope, I ran right in. Cornered! You can bet I won't fall for that one again.
