Hi, I'm Molly. A 9 1/2 year old basset hound. But I don't act my age, and never intend to! A couple of months ago, my bestest buddy, my basset brother Elvis went to that awful Bridge place. I missed him. All of a sudden, the two leggers started getting involved with something called "basset rescue" and these strange dogs started coming in and out of the house. Sometimes they only stayed over night - a couple stayed for about a week. They were ok (well, there was one young whippersnapper I wasn't sorry to see go) but they never stayed very long. I'd just be getting used to one of them, and they leave for their "forever home". But last week, this little puppy came to visit. She's not quite 6 months old. This feels different. I don't know, but I think the food slaves are thinking of keeping this one. I don't know about this. I mean, I was getting used to all of the individual attention - and you KNOW how much attention a puppy gets! But on the other hand, she is awfully cute, and we have fun doing the Basset 500 around the family room every night. Stay tuned for updates!
