Arrival Story: I GOT ADOPTED!! WISH ME LUCK IN MY NEW FOREVER HOME!!
Bio: Rodney was turned in as a stray and not claimed. He was due to be put down as no one wanted him. This handsome guy is about a year old and we are guessing that he is either a rott mix or shep mix. Rodney is a little shy of new people at first and does not like to be approached quickly. He also will warm up to women faster than to men.
Rodney is very energetic and playful. . . . he is still full of puppy energy and can be a little mouthy while playing. He loves attention and is learning the correct way of playing. Rodney is working on his doggy manners and has improved quite a bit over the last few months. Because he can be a little mouthy while playing, we would suggest that he be in a home with children over 10 years old. He is smart and catches on pretty quick. Rodney does well around most other dogs and is crate trained. Rodney will make a very good pet and will flourish in a home where someone is willing to spend time with him, continue to work with him and keep things consistent for him.
